A 58-year-old driver in Arkansas is in hot water after she allegedly drove off after hitting a truck from behind. Flora Burkhart told police she fled the scene Sunday night because she was afraid the ice cream she'd just bought would melt if she stayed behind as the law requires.

Derek Parker, whose car was struck by Burkhart, called the cops and followed the ice cream-loving motorist to her home, where she was fined. Both cars reportedly sustained around $500 in damages, reports The Smoking Gun.
